Down Time

So having NOTHING to do has it perks…

I find myself back in the kitchen cooking…and Marty is cooking now too =) We made a mean lasagna last night. We got a little dangerous and added an extra layer…Of course I was freaking out thinking that it would bubble over in the oven. It turned out perfect. Tons of parm/ricotta/mozz cheese on each layer and on top. It’s a heart attack waiting to happen, but delicious. I added red wine to my sauce and it added this little extra hint of perfection.
